He says 'Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls' (Matthew 11:29). The Bible also promises to give us rest. In Isaiah 40:31, it says 'They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.' And in Isaiah 40:29-31, God reminds us that those who hope in Him will renew their strength.

When we feel weak or struggling to follow God, He promises 'power to the faint' (Isaiah 40:29). This promise is a reminder that God's power is available to us, and we can draw on it whenever we need it.
